Private One-On-One Training (Half Hour)

$30 per 30 Minutes

Whether you want to lose some weight or pack on muscle, one-on-one training is a method many want to engage in for privacy reasons. With one-on-one training it is me and you in a private gym with an assortment of equipment, from cable machines to free weights to resistance tubing and more.

Half hour sessions are a good way to start out training, as your body needs to get used to the newfound demands of exercise. Due to being a newcomer, I can pack in a fair amount of content into these workouts without losing quality.

Private One-On-One Training (Full Hour)

$50 per 1 Hour

Whether you want to lose some weight or pack on muscle, one-on-one training is a method many want to engage in for privacy reasons. With one-on-one training it is me and you in a private gym with an assortment of equipment, from cable machines to free weights to resistance tubing and more.

I suggest full hour sessions to clients that have been training with me for a bit of time or if they've been training elsewhere and feel adequately acclimated to the gym already.

Private Two-On-One Training (Half Hour)

$60 per 30 Minutes

Whether you and your training partner want to lose some weight or pack on muscle, two-on-one training is a method many want to engage in for privacy reasons. With two-on-one training it is you, someone else, and myself in a private gym with an assortment of equipment, from cable machines to free weights to resistance tubing and more to help you make strides towards your fitness goals. During these workouts I may not have you and your partner doing the exact same workouts.

Half Hour workouts are best for those who are new to working out. During these sessions I can pack in quality workouts, although with limited exercise volume, which is best for newcomers.

During these workouts I may not have you and your partner doing the exact same workouts.

Full hours are best for people who have been working out with me for some time or who are acclimated to the gym already from training elsewhere.
