Code 3 Fitness is a private personal training business that can help you make strides towards and achieve your fitness goals, whether that be to lose body fat, gain muscle, etc. All workouts are conducted in a private home gym, so there's no feeling of judgement whatsoever!
To give back to those who serve us at home and abroad, Code 3 Fitness gives discounted rates to first responders and military personnel.
